I offer a free 45-minute introduction session to help us get to know each other. This session provides a welcoming space for you to share what’s been happening in your life and for us to explore how we can best work together. It’s an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and ensure that my approach fits you.
Face-to-face counselling offers a warm, supportive environment to explore your thoughts and feelings in person. I provide sessions in two beautiful, calming rooms in Leatherhead and Bookham, conveniently close to Ashtead, Cobham, Fetcham, Oxshott, and Dorking.
During our initial introduction session, we can discuss your needs and my availability for face-to-face appointments, ensuring a tailored approach to your counselling journey.
I currently have limited availability for face to face sessions.
Online counselling is a warm and welcoming way to experience therapy. It lets you connect for heartfelt, supportive sessions from the cosy comfort of your home or any place you love.
It’s perfect for anyone juggling a busy life, facing mobility challenges, or simply preferring the ease of virtual chats. You will receive the same caring support as in-person visits.
I use secure, easy-to-navigate platforms like Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or FaceTime to make sure our sessions are accessible and effortless for you.
Telephone counselling offers a warm, comforting way to connect from anywhere in the UK, especially if you feel most comfortable expressing yourself over the phone.
For many, the familiar, low-pressure setting of a phone call—whether curled up at home or in a quiet space of your choosing—creates a natural, relaxed environment to open up. Without the intensity of face-to-face interaction, you can share your thoughts, emotions, or challenges freely, feeling safe and unjudged.
This approach is perfect if you’re busy, have mobility limitations, or find comfort in the gentle distance a phone call provides.
Walk and talk is a form of ecotherapy, a nature-based approach to healing. It is about being in nature and sharing your experiences. We can walk while we talk or sit in the space and reflect.
Sitting opposite someone in traditional therapy can sometimes feel daunting. Walking and talking can help reduce those feelings by making nature your therapeutic space.
I offer walk-and-talk therapy in several locations around Ashtead, Leatherhead, Cobham and Bookham.
I offer a reduced price based on your personal circumstances. We can discuss this in our introduction together.
