I am an integrative counsellor who draws on different approaches to best support your needs. Person-centred is always at the core of my work, offering congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.

You lead our sessions, meaning you have the space and time to explore whatever you wish to bring and work at a pace that is right for you.

I offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work together. I approach my work with warmth, honesty, and the utmost care. I create a trusting space where you feel supported, valued, and listened to.
